On selected items and special offers during holidays (WHEN APPLICABLE).

Delivery / Shipping

Any Custom orders or limited edition items arrive in 3-6 weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between two and four days after we process the order. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.


An email confirmation will send to the customer with tracking number as soon as items are shipped.

Worldwide, any additional fees and taxes will be applied to customer.

We can do an exchange with no additional cost for shipping.

Payments

All methods of payments.

Some people prefer using PayPal to place their orders, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to do so.

In fact, if you are hoping to pay with American Express, this is done by selecting ‘pay with PayPal’ at checkout and going through the stages from there.

If discount code is not expired and does not work, you can send an email to customer service and we will revise your order (info@humblehustler.com)

Refunds

Depending on the purchase order, customer has 14 days to make a return and ask for full refund. Items must be in bags, with tags, and undamaged for full refunds. Standard credit card refunds will apply.

Product Care

All sweaters and tee shirts wash on Delicate cycle, with cold water. All other clothing sold be dried cleaned. Do not put in drier for better quality and no shrinkage.

Social Media Content

We absolutely love seeing your posts on Instagram of you in your Humble Hustler, and we would love to share these beautiful images ourselves! If you would like to be featured on our social media channels and/or product pages, then make sure to use #humblehustlersquad in your posts.

Please note, by using any of our hashtags (#humblehustlersquad, #humblesquad, PLEASE ADD

#HUSTLINGFORACAUSE & #hustlinforcharity) we will assume you have given permission for us to maybe repost your images. Of course, all images we post will be given picture credit wherever we can to the account holder.

If you discover one of your images posted by us on any of our social media channels and you do not want it posted by us, then please do get in contact with our team (info@humblehustler.com) and we will take it down no problem.

On various months we run our Instagram photo contests, where the monthly winner will receive a gift card to use at HumbleHustler.com. Every Instagram post which is tagged with one of our hastags (#humblehustlersquad, #humblesquad, #hustlinforcharity) or has tagged our account in their post on Instagram, will be reposted on our user generated content Instagram account (@humblehustler).

From these images posted on @humblehustler, we will select the top 10 each month which are then shared on our Facebook page and put into a photo album. We will share this album on our page for all followers and fans to see. It is then the likes on the individual customer photos uploaded which will determine who the monthly winner is after they photos have been live for one week.

Whoever is the winner of that month, will then be put into an annual draw once we have a winner from each month. Again, with these 10 user photos, we will create an album and share these on our Facebook page. but this time the winner is in for a chance of a ~$100 Humble Hustler gift card.

Please note that by taking part in this Instagram photo contest we assume that you have given us permission to use your images for possible promotional purposes in the future.

As always, if for any reason you do not want your image published on our social media channels, our blog or used for promotional purposes then please do get in contact with somebody from our team (info@humblehustler.com) and we will remove your image.
